Hello, many of you are wondering how to fix the normal textures (the gray ones) so I made this little guide...
we will need:

Adobe Photoshop
Texture Tools for Adobe Photoshop

I will use as an example a "weapon_ak_tactical_nml" from MW2

Open your texture and go into "Channels" tab...
Spoiler :
select  RGB channel (it will select RED GREEN and BLUE tabs so dont worry  ;) )
press Ctrl+A (to select whole channel) then Ctrl+C (to copy) select GREEN channel press Ctrl+V (to paste)
Spoiler :
next select Alpha1 channel press Ctrl+C... select RED and press Ctrl+V then u can delete Alpha1 channel...
Spoiler :

next select BLUE channel and fill it with white you can do this in two ways:
a). u can use Edit>Fill
Spoiler :

b). or just select Pencil tool make it big size and paint whole image with white paint
Spoiler :

now you can press Ctrl+D (to deselect channel)

BOOM... hard work done, but it's not the end  :P

Last part... select RGB channel again... go to Filter>NVIDIA Tools>NormalMapFilter use those settings
Spoiler :
press OK!
Spoiler :
I think u wondering why to use Nvidia tools ??? u remmeber that BLUE channel filled with white ?
that filter add "height" into BLUE channel :P
Spoiler :
all is done and now you can save your texture as (your texture name).TGA in 24 bit  :-*
Spoiler :

:-[ sorry for the mistakes and grammar :-*
