Animating / Modelling / Model not exporting correctly?

I'm having a problem, When I export my model below from maya

It looks like this in asset viewer

Can anyone please help tell me what to make it export correctly? I have made other model and they exported fine. For some reason every know and then this happens and I'm not sure whats causing it to happen.

Hey guys I'm getting this error

UNRECOVERABLE ERROR:
 EXE_ERR_HUNK_ALLOC_FAILED256

I've had this error before and can normally fix it but this time I can't seem to shake it.

I've tried restarting launcher, stoping all processes and restarting/shuting down my PC. My internet is not open or anything like that. Can someone help me? I haven't worked on my map in a while but it built mod no problem last time. I notice it does this only if I try to build fastfiles.

Animating / Modelling / Duplicate bone error?

Hey guys, I'm getting an error when converting my model in assman. It says I have duplicate bones, how can I find the two bones that are the same in maya? I'm trying to add a rockstar2 rim I made to cod. The only colors I used wer blinn's no textures, so I made a .gdt and tryed to covert by hitting f10 but it gives me that error above.

I had all the parts in the scene but when I went to export it errored saying something about one of the tags didn't have anything connected. When I get time to try again I can get the error message for yall if ya need it.

Mapping / Grenades go through my models?

Hey guys, whats up? I'm wondering if anyone can how to make my custom models bounce grenades off of them instead of going straight through them. When I throw them they act like nothing is there. I tryed adding a collision lod of high but nothing happened.

General Discussion / How can I back up my mod?

Hey guys I got a big problem, my WAW will not load up. I'm wondering if anyone here can tell me what all I need to back up so I will not lose my map. I have custom textures, models ect... I have to uninstall WAW and re install but am very worried about losing all of my hard work. I may end up trying to make a copy of my entire COD WAW folder.

I know i should copy
raw/images
mapname.map, .csv

maybe model export
maybe textures folder

Mapping / Shiny models?

Can anyone tell me how I can make my models stop being shiny when they're outside? Like my trees seem to be very bright shiny looking, it kind of seems to be reflective. I have a sun in my map, is it even needed if my map is supposed to be dark outside?

General Discussion / Screen size?

Can anyone tell me how to make the screen fit my monitor? I got my monitor screen set at 1680x1050 and my cod waw set at 1680x1050 but the screen still won't show all of the name of the weapon I'm using. I seems to only be the load screen and in game. When I'm at the title menu everything seem to be fitting but not sure. The version number is pretty close to the right side of the screen. Not sure how long this has been going on I just noticed it not long ago. I can still play but would like the screen to fit. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading.

Mapping / Risers?

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I've been reading all the tut's but they all seem to say I have it wright. Unless start_zone should open to zone1 and zone2 not zone4 and zone1 but IDK.

I have risers in my start_zone and they work but when I make risers for another zone they don't work. The next zone I walk into is zone4 or zone1. I'm trying to add risers to zone4.

My door targets zone4_spawners. The regular spwners work fine just not the risers for zone4.

I just thought of something should my start_zone open into zone1 for both doors, I have to doors to choose from in start_zone.

Scripting / Making a working elevator?

Can anyone tell me how to make a working elevator? I need three of them, one that goes to three floors and two that go to two floors. I tried this before from a tut i found online but it didn't work. I think maybe the reason it didn't work was because it didn't show anything about scripting the elevator. All it showed me was how to make it in radiant.

Modding / Model weapon impact?

Can anyone tell me with what settings to use in asset manager to make my ported models show weapon impact. Like when you make weapon clip in radiant. I tried to just select the model in radiant and select make weapon clip, but that didn't work. I have also made my material type, model phong and my surface type metal.

Would it work if I set the special surface for my material as bullet clip? I'm going to try this when I get home from work.

Modding / Compile ERROR ?

After I used an ak47 that was in the black ops t5_weapons folder I got these errors below but now I use one I ported with maya and still get the same thing. It won't go away even though I'm useing another model I ported myself, I think I added something somewhere when I was learning how to port weapons and can't find what I did. My map works but I get these errors. Can anyone help?

Also the model I'm useing only has one material on it, just a camo pattern. Not all of these mtl's the error's talking about.
